okay, who else is watching the opening ceremonies and trying to figure out where vanuatu is?

I had no idea what Vanuatu was and had to wiki it. After that, I can conclude, no, I was not trying to figure out where they were!

I just had to comment, because I've wanted to go to Vanuatu for years now. I wrote a question about it in a trivia game for my students and got completely caught up in the culture. Plus they make a kava kava drink.
